Jeremy Seeyave

Georgia Institute of Technology

Jeremy Seeyave is an Aerospace Engineering Ph.D. candidate at Georgia Tech (GT). In 2021, Jeremy joined the Nonlinear Computational Aeroelasticity Research Group, led by Dr. Marilyn J. Smith, Director of the Vertical Lift Research Center of Excellence (VLRCOE) at GT. As part of the VLRCOE, his research focuses on developing reduced-order models and the safety frameworks necessary for Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) platforms to operate reliably in dense urban environments. Receiving the Vertical Flight Foundation (VFF) scholarship significantly eases the financial demands of graduate school, allowing Jeremy to focus fully on his research and his contributions to the rotorcraft community. Upon graduation, Jeremy plans to pursue a career in the vertical lift R&D sector, applying his expertise in CFD, machine learning, and rotorcraft aeromechanics to advance the future of on-demand air mobility.
