    What benefits do I get as a VFS member?

    All VFS members receive the award-winning Vertiflite magazine bimonthly. Members also receive discounted registration at Society events, complimentary Paper of the Month, access to members-only online features, and much more. Visit Your Member Benefits to learn more.

     
    How can I access my VFS member benefits?

    Visit My VFS for direct access to your online benefits, as well as information on other benefits you may receive. You can also log in using the button at the top of any page on the site.

     
    My password isn't working. How can I reset it?

    How do I renew my membership?

    The quickest way to renew is through logging in at My VFS. Once you have logged in, click "My Benefits" in the "Your VFS Membership" section. This will reveal a Renew button that will begin the renewal process for you.

     
    How can I update my email address, mailing address and other information?

    The easiest way to update your personal profile is at My VFS. Log in from anywhere on the site using the blue button found in the top menu. Once you are on My VFS, you can edit your personal profile, addresses and phone numbers. You can also choose your communications preferences such as how you would like to receive your copy of Vertiflite magazine.

    What publications do I have access to as a VFS member?

    All VFS members have access to Vertiflite magazine, the official publication of the Vertical Flight Society. Vertiflite is published six times a year and is available in both a printed version as well as online. The Journal of the American Helicopter Society is also available to members as an additional subscription. If you have attended Forums or other technical meetings, you can access materials from those events. Also, content from Forum, technical meetings and symposiums and more are available at the Vertical Flight Resource Library to those members with library access.

     
    I’ve heard about the new Vertical Flight Library. Where is it and how do I use it?

    Find thousands of papers and presentations from Forums and technical meetings at the Vertical Flight Resource Library. While anybody can browse, Regular Plus and most Corporate members have full access. You can browse papers by event or keyword search. We also offer a more advanced query builder for much more specific searches.

    Where can I find out about upcoming events?

    You can browse upcoming events here. You can also see if your local chapter is hosting upcoming events.
